Here is how the name, number and job details you send us are handled, as the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) requires.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your name, a mobile number, your suburb, the kind of job and anything you write about it. It also notes the page the form was sent from. We do not ask for your street address until we phone you back, and we never ask for banking details through this website.

What we use it for

We use them to phone you about the job, agree a time, and keep the record that the quote, the invoice and any insurance paperwork need. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How it is sent and stored

The form is emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service, and kept in our email for as long as we need it for the job and its paperwork. The website itself does not store form entries.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the call-out form with the words "privacy request" in the message, and we will phone you to confirm it is you before we act on it.
